When is Tapestry going to BigStuf?
Tapestry Church will be heading to BigStuf camp this summer, June 25-29, 2012.
Where will BigStuf be? BigStuf will be held in beautiful Panama City Beach, Florida. We'll be staying at the Boardwalk Beach Resort.
Who can go to BigStuf? BigStuf camp is open to graduated 6th graders through graduated 12th graders, as of June 2012.
What is the total cost per student?
The total cost for each person attending BigStuf is currently $353. The price will go up to $363 on January 26, 2012.
What does this cost include?
The price includes 4 nights lodging, 10 meals, materials for the conference, and the opportunity to hear some incredible teaching, amazing worship, and so much more!

Ok, I'm convinced! How do I register my child?
The first step is very simple. Simply turn in a non-refundable deposit of $50 per child no later than Sunday, January 22, 2012. If you write a check, please make the check payable to Tapestry Church with "BigStuf" in the memo field. You can turn in your check to Amy Putman or Richard Sims. This deposit will reserve your space and does count toward your total amount.

After I turn in the deposit, what's next?
On January 23, we'll contact BigStuf and reserve the number of spaces we need based on the deposits received. (Or we will cancel our trip to BigStuf based on the lack of deposits received.) That's when the real planning starts. You'll receive information along with more registration and release forms to fill out, agendas for the camp, lists of what you'll need to bring, rules and expectations, you know, all the 411.

What about the balance of my payment?
The balance of your payment will be due on Sunday, March 4. 2012. If that's a little soon for you, or if you're struggling with the price of the camp, please ask to speak to Richard Sims. Tapestry Church believes strongly in the BigStuf experience, and we want every child to have the opportunity to attend.
