Kim and Richard came to Cartersville 21 years ago, and they fell in love with the people overnight. While Kim grew up in LaGrange, Georgia, she was actually born in Cartersville, where her father taught math and coached at Cartersville High School. Richard was born in Huntsville, Alabama, and grew up in Warner Robins, Georgia. After serving in a local church for 16 years, Kim and Richard both knew it was time to step out in faith and plant Tapestry Church. God has truly blessed Richard & Kim with wonderful parents, deep, authentic friendships and three incredible children ages 16, 14, and 11. Their best-kept secret is that Richard & Kim believe that heaven might actually be located in Auburn, AL.
